1. Do you actually want to slim down? Superficially, you might think that you are totally committed to losing weight. However, looking at it more realistically, if you have been overweight for a long time, chances are you are afraid of the concept of being fit and slim. 

Some ladies admit that they are frightened by the concept of being slim and that they do not really know how to be fit and thin, while others inadvertently sabotage their fat loss efforts. You should consider consulting with a therapist, if you are not accomplishing your weight loss goals because of anxiety. The therapist will help you deal with the problem so that you can start eliminating those excess pounds.

2. Have you tried different methods to slim down? Maybe you have tried a fat loss plan, followed dozens of fat loss tips, and an exercise plan. Yet one way or another, you were not able to achieve your goals. Perhaps, you are not able to slim down because of some physical limitations. Maybe you have been slack with your gym time or you have been eating too many sweets and it is negatively affecting your fat loss efforts.

However if you believe you should have gotten results by now, you might have a thyroid condition, a hormonal imbalance or a blood sugar problem. For this reason it is advised that you speak with your doctor before you start a new fat loss program. Each time you see this picture, it will help you stay motivated to lose weight. As you make progress, you can add more photos. 
 
Not every weight loss tip will work for everybody because people are different by nature. Only fat loss tips that make sense and produce results are worth implementing.
